Shipped from oversea warehouse, small parcels would take 7 to 15 days to deliver. For large crate, it would need extra 5 to 7 days handling time.
Direct shipment from China, it would take 20 to 30 days on normal case.
The shipping time is estimated, but no guaranteed.

After the parcel shipped, you will receive an email about carrier and tracking number. Then, you may track from carrier website.

We ship to most of countries in the world, including USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia

It depends. In most case, we will put them together and ship as one package. For fragile/oversize item, we need to ship in separate package.

We will either send return shipping label or send return shipping cost to ship back.

Depends on how it damaged. If for small damage without major defective, we will provide partial refund. Otherwise, we will provide full refund.
