We can ship to most countries of world. In US/Europe/Australia/Canada, we build warehouse there and deliver large laser machines from local site.- How long is the handling time?
3 to 5 business days to schedule freight pick up. - What shipping methods are offered?
We have 3 different shipping methods: registered Mail, Ground service, freight service. - How is a machine packaged?
The laser equipment is shipped in wooden crates with styrofoam inside to protect fragile components. - How long is the shipping by freight?
Typically, it takes from 5 to 14 days. - What about customs tax?
Ship from CN: Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Customer is responsible for any duty/tax incurred at customs border. Suggest to verify import tax rate with local authority before purchase.
Tax laws for selling to EU member countries changed on July 1, 2021, orders equal to or less than 150 EUR have VAT applied to them, and orders greater than 150 EUR have import VAT and duties applied.
For European Union, orders equal to or less than 150 EUR at checkout, as merchant, we will collect VAT on orders, and our customers don’t pay taxes upon delivery. If orders over than 150 EUR, as merchant, we do not charge you any VAT, you local Customs will charge you import VAT and duties when parcel arrive in your country
